verse 27
The one who has knowledge uses words with restraint, and whoever has understanding is even-tempered.
Lord helm me to have greater awareness and discipline as to when it is appropriate to speak. I talk too much even when I think I have knowledge, there are times best for me to be silent. Teach me how to use words only to bless.
Ch 18
verse 10
The name of the Lord is a fortified tower, the righteous run to it and are safe.
Father, I feel the weight of too much coming at me from many sides. It feels overwhelming and I need the safety of your strong tower. Thank you for reminding me that it is in your name that I find rest. I will meditate on your name today, help me to believe what I read/study and help me feel safe.
